a few recent items

first.
for a few weeks now i have been starting a porch garden for the summer, documenting the process and the progress of the plants as they grow. i have two tomato plants, two chile peppers, cilantro, basil, purple basil, italian parsley, green onions and string beans. it is fun to watch as my neighbors and friends start putting together their gardens for the summer and using the space they have, whether a community garden, a porch, or a sunny window, to grow vegetables and herbs. here are a few of the initial images...
